Here, we at the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau introduce the unique venues that make Osaka the top MICE destination in Japan. This exhibition halls are arranged in a U-shape formation, making lines of flow short and allowing multiple exhibitions to be efficiently managed together. This also allows multiple events to be held at the same time, creating higher expectations for large turnouts through event synergy.
10-ton trucks can drive right into the venue, meaning organizers can avoid having to relying on many trucks and countless elevator trips during setup and removal.
