After-Event Visits to the Observation Deck

As twilight stretches into the evening, a visit to the observation deck is an inspiring sight to behold, with the waters of the Yodo River and Osaka Bay slowly turning from gold to wine red, and the metropolitan streets turning different hues of red.
The observation deck is host to seasonal events and pop-up exhibitions, adding to the enjoyment of the views.

Abeno Harukas is also a prime viewing spot for the mysterious phenomenon known as the "Phantom Tsutentaku Tower," an optical illusion visible only at night.
