Including a large hall with capacity of 615 people, this is a facility that can respond to a wide variety of needs with assembly rooms, an atelier, studio, and more.

To meet diverse cultural and learning needs, the facility has a large hall for various events and light sports; a small hall for symposiums, lectures, and musical performances; assembly rooms for meetings, workshops, and other purposes; and rooms for cooking lessons and other cooking events. In addition, there are cooking practice rooms, atelier to be used for craft, calligraphy, etc., and a studio for music practice and recording.
