(Closed for renovations April 1, 2021- March 31, 2023.) A hall on the top floor that can house up to 192 people.

This facility aims to be a frontier of knowledge and exchange that will serve the global culture. Available for lectures and symposiums. The Memorial Hall is also available for parties.
