900 capacity event venue in a prime location.

Umeda South Hall, featuring two primary event halls as well as exhibition and reception space in the foyer for memorable events of all kinds, newly opened on May 9.

With its prime location in Umeda, the primary hub of Osaka and Kansai's transportation network, Umeda South Hall is an ideal venue for meetings and events that need exceptionally convenient access. The hall is a short walk from Osaka Station and is surrounded by a vast number of hotel and accommodation options. Shin-Osaka Station, the main terminal for the bullet train, is just one stop away and provides smooth and comfortable travel from the rest of Japan. Kansai International Airport offers direct limousine buses to the area for immediate access from direct flights connecting Osaka to cities around the world.

The venue's foyer, which can be used for reception and waiting space in addition to exhibition booths or cocktail parties for up to 400 people, grants a captivating view of the Osaka skyline. The Large Hall can host up to 900 people for seminars, exhibitions, parties, and many other types of events with arrangements for any needs, and features a state-of-the-art AV and projection system with a 300 inch screen. The Small Hall provides additional meeting space for up 140 people with its own screen and projection system, and is perfect as a waiting room or as an operations center when used in conjunction with the Large Hall. Umeda South Hall is also equipped with two spacious waiting rooms on the 11th floor and five on the 12th floor, giving all speakers, VIPs, and operations staff comfortable space to make the event a success.

Located on the 11th floor of the Osaka Umeda Twin Towers South building, the state-of-the-art Umeda South Hall is an exceptional venue that offers not just convenient access, but also flexible accommodation for events of any type.
