We have revamped our convention support scheme!
Easier requirements and greater support!
Starting July 2023, the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau (OCTB) is offering easier access to and greater benefits from our event operation support system. See below for an outline of the changes:

All events with over 300 attendees are eligible for up to 650,000 JPY in support |

*Funding for this support scheme is limited and will end once funds are depleted. Apply soon to ensure your convention can receive support.
*Other conditions apply for determining maximum amount of support.
We have also expanded our possible items of support!
Examples of support include:
・appearance and ceremonial performances from the Fukumusume, shrine maidens of Imamiya-Ebisu Shrine (applicable for international conventions with at least 300 attendees)
・cultural performances including taiko drums, traditional Japanese dance, etc.
・offering environmentally friendly and sustainable novelties
・offering Osaka goods for attendees to enjoy, such as local sake or wine
・a portion of shuttle bus expenses covered up to a certain amount (newly added!)
