Strider Cup World Championship comes to Osaka!

Held for the first time in Japan!

Location: Festival Plaza, Expo’70 Commemorative Park

The Strider Cup World Championship is a championship that’s held in the United States once a year with strider riders from all over the world. From 2011, after 10 years, the Strider Cup World Championship will finally be held in Japan for the first time in May 2023. This is the first time for Japan, and Osaka has been chosen to be the first city to hold this exciting event!

The Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau aims to revitalize tourism to Osaka and to increase worldwide enthusiasm for Osaka through sports, and is supporting this event.

Sunday, May 28, 2023- 3-year-old class, 14x open class (4 to 6-year-old)

※Date varies depending on the class.

※Children are divided into classes based on the age of the child on the first day of the event (May 27, 2023)

※You cannot enter for 4-year-old class and open class at the same time

792 participants for all classes combined

(Including 85 foreign participants)

  • Fees

4,500 yen

(Including insurance, number plate, admission fee into the park for two adults)

  • First Entry

Wednesday, March 8th, 2023, 12 PM~

(First-come-first-served basis/will be closed when the limit is reached)

  • Second Entry

From Tuesday, March 10, 2023, 12 PM to Sunday, April 2, 2023, 11:59 PM

(If the capacity is reached, random drawing will be carried out)
