The Japan MICE EXPO 2025 Executive Committee, compromised of the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau, Osaka International Convention Center, and INTEX OSAKA, will host Japan MICE EXPO 2025, a comprehensive international exhibition dedicated to the MICE industry. The event will take place at INTEX Osaka from November 27–28, 2025, leveraging Osaka and Japan’s dynamic MICE momentum inspired by Expo 2025. It will showcase the achievements and legacy of Japan’s MICE sector while promoting the nation’s brand to the world.
As the global landscape evolves at an unprecedented pace, with new values, technologies, and business models constantly emerging, the industry is increasingly recognized as a key driver of regional revitalization and national competitiveness. The innovation and economic ripple effects generated through international business exchange serve as a powerful engine for sustainable growth and community development.

Using the success of Expo 2025 as a springboard, the Japan MICE EXPO create opportunity to promote Japan’s MICE industry to overseas markets, as well as bring overseas markets to Japan.

Invitation of International Buyers
30 key buyers, including international corporate planners, top agents, core PCOs, and exhibition organizers are invited to help expand Japan's global market, participating in short-presentations, individual meetings and more.
Pre-matching Business Meeting
These business meetings are in a pre-matching style in which participants can choose from a list of interested buyers. The organizers confirm mutual interest before setting up a meeting date and time.
Short-Presentations
These presentations offer an platform to present products and services to international buyers. This program has received high praise in the past as a tool to showcase a company's strengths, leading to further business opportunities.
Networking Event
In addition to formal meetings, a banquet is offered to foster natural connections. The aim is to encourage genuine relationships to form in a relaxed environment that can lead to long-term business partnerships down the road.
Seminars
These seminars provide a stage for industries leaders and innovators to share the hottest topics, with the goal of promoting industry understanding and proving a networking opportunity.
