Be a part of the future of the MICE industry at Expo 2025! The Sustainable Event Management Consortium, established in 2023 to advance sustainable operations across the MICE industry in Japan through the 2025 World Expo, is pleased to announce the MICE & Event Professionals Meeting at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. This event will serve as a pivotal platform for industry leaders to come together and demonstrate the sector's commitment to sustainable practices on a global stage.
In alignment with Expo 2025's core principles, the meeting will feature a program centered on sustainability in the meetings and events industry. Attendees will gain valuable insights through presentations highlighting sustainable initiatives implemented within the Expo 2025 venue, as well as case studies from country pavilions. This gathering will provide a unique opportunity for MICE professionals from Osaka, Japan, and around the world to network and forge meaningful connections. Collaboration with governmental bodies across tourism, economy, and environment sectors will underscore the collective effort to promote sustainable event management globally.

Spend the morning freely exploring the innovative pavilions and cutting-edge exhibits. At the Expo Salon in the evening, engage in dynamic discussions and interactive workshops with MICE professionals from around the globe, expand your professional network, and gain valuable insights into sustainable event management strategies.
Morning: Use your admission ticket to freely explore Expo 2025 (Please be sure to reserve entry into any pavilions on your own.)

Fee
5,000 JPY for attendees from outside Japan (Includes refreshments at venue and use of interpretation system during event)
As a special offer for participants, we will provide one Expo 2025 admission ticket per person. We ask that you make any reservations with pavilions, etc. on your own.
