Beginning with a solemn Silent Pilgrimage procession through the shrine specially arranged for the IGLTA, the event featured a dynamic performance from the Waidaiko Hiryu taiko drum troupe and an exclusive performance of the traditional renjishi dance by renowned kabuki actors. This event’s theme of Osaka City Nights created a captivating blend of vibrant neon and traditional Japanese aesthetics only possible at Sumiyoshi Taisha.
